I have been a patient of WGO since 2021, and over the past five years Dr. Williams and Dr. Gallagher have been an invaluable source of wisdom, care, and guidance through an exceptionally complex dental and orthodontic journey. As an adult, I pursued treatment for craniofacial abnormalities present since birth, and worked with many providers across multiple disciplines. Throughout that process, the team at WGO stayed closely connected with my local dentists, my ENT office, and the surgical team at the University of Michigan Dental Clinic, who led my upper and lower jaw reconstruction in 2025. Their willingness to coordinate care across specialties made an incredibly complicated process feel more manageable. At every stage, Williams and Gallagher exceeded my expectations. Whether making time in an already full schedule to help re-band my jaws after my post-surgical bands snapped (saving me an unexpected trip to Ann Arbor), or advocating for me and helping ensure communication across providers, they consistently show up with expertise, compassion, and thoughtfulness.
